The Breeze strength floor with rows of stations and green accent lighting

The Studio

Built for
proper training.

The strength floor.

Forty-five stations across racks, platforms, free weights and machines.

Chosen by Dan and Martin rather than pulled from a fit-out catalogue: squat racks and lifting platforms, a full dumbbell wall, pin-loaded machines and a functional rig, plus a turf track, laid out with room to actually train. Whether you lift seriously or are starting from scratch, the floor works for you, and the coaches are there when you want them.

Look around

The floor, in detail.

Renders of the studio as it will open in January 2027, from the racks to the view.

Changing rooms
worth lingering in.

Finished like a spa, not a sports hall.

Warm stone, round mirrors, proper showers and space to get ready without elbows. The end of a session should feel as good as the middle of one.

The floor is half the story.

The outdoor wellness suite is the other half, and one membership covers both.
