The Wellness Suite
Stillness,
in the open air.
An outdoor spa.
Sauna, two cold plunges, a barrel shower and a hot tub, out in the fresh air, under the big Kent sky.
This is the part almost every gym leaves out, and it is the reason people fall for the place. Not just recovery, but somewhere to breathe out. Ten unhurried minutes in the sauna, the clean shock of the plunge, then stillness in the hot tub while the countryside does the rest. No clock, no booking, no time slots. The ritual is yours to take at your own pace.

The suite, in detail
Built for the ritual.

The sauna.
A custom-built barrel sauna from Barrel Sauna UK, six metres by two and a half, with its own changing room.
Proper dry heat in a rounded, globe-finish barrel that holds the warmth evenly, benches built along its length and a window to the fields. Ten to fifteen minutes loosens tight muscles, drops the shoulders and clears the head. You change right beside it, so the ritual starts easy and ends easy.
At a glance
- Sauna, six metres by two and a half, custom built by Barrel Sauna UK
- Two cold plunges, one medium, one cold
- Barrel shower, in the open air
- Hot tub, facing the fields
- Nothing to book, ever

Two cold plunges.
Two open-air plunge tubs side by side: one kept medium, one kept properly cold.
The cold plunge is the quick, controlled dip that follows the heat. It snaps circulation into gear, takes the sting out of heavy training days and leaves you strangely elated. Start on the medium tub in your first weeks, graduate to the cold one, and with room for two you can talk each other into it.

The barrel shower.
A full rain shower, housed inside a giant open barrel.
Step into the barrel and let it pour. The rinse between rounds: it cools you gently before a plunge, keeps the tubs clean, and it is kinder than full cold water, so it is the place to start if the plunge feels like a leap too far.

The hot tub.
The warm end of the ritual: an open-air soak with the countryside in front of you.
Warm water eases muscles after the strength floor and rounds off the heat and cold cycle. No time slots and no crowds. Get in, sit back and stay while the light changes over the fields.
A retreat,
built into your week.
Wellness like this usually means a hotel spa, a booking and a day out. At Breeze it is part of your ordinary week.
Big skies, fresh air and birdsong instead of a crowded changing room. Sauna, plunge and hot tub after training or instead of it, as routine as the session itself.
The ritual
Heat. Cold. Rest.
Heat
Warm through in the sauna, ten to fifteen minutes, and let the day go.
Cold
Two plunges, one medium, one properly cold. Start gentle, work up. The reset that changes everything.
Rest
Warm again in the hot tub, or sit out in the fresh air and watch the light change. Stay as long as you like.
Time to move. Space to breathe. Time for you.
